What time frame do people usually scalp: 1min, 5min? And how long do you guys usually hold your positions?

I'm looking for an intraday scan based on MACD, Stochastic, etc. on 5-10 min time frame. I use eSignal, I wonder if they can do it, but I just can't figure out how. Anybody knows good intraday scans?

What do you mean by this? Can you give an example with 2 conditions vs 5 conditions?

You never know for sure. But I think any system that worked in the past have better odds to continue working in the future vs system that didn't even work in the past.

What is harder: to develop system that works or to follow system that you know works?

I've noticed that on 2 or 5 min chart candle patterns are not reliable. What is your experience?
