Anyone know of a chart or data that shows the history of the 10-year treasury yield and 30-year prime mortgage rate historically going back to say the early 1900s?
I see tons of useless articles drawing conclusions only given the data going back to the 70s.

It looks like when the 30-year treasury bond gets to around 4%, that the 20-year yield starts to become higher than the 30-year yield.
This is especially obvious when the yields dropped down...
