Robert, that's a gross simplification. JBOs have evolved over the years and firm structures vary. I know of multiple JBOs that back traders. The answer to OP's question is risk management and overnight margin. The large well capitalized JBOs carry a good chunk of their books overnight.

your single-member LLC can be a class b member of a prop firm and your LLC would receive a K-1.

My accountants have no problem deducting UPEs and home office expenses from my K-1. Might be time for you to go prop

Depends on your strategy and capital.

If a firm is not a registered BD then it should be avoided, just look up the whole JC Trading Group/Nonko fraud. Obviously, Canadian regulation is different but some of the firms I listed have traders in Canada.

The average input lag for a 4k tv is almost 100x that of monitors. More and more TVs are coming out with lower latency "gaming" tvs, but you have to enable that mode to cut the latency down. Even then it is still 10x that of 1ms monitors.
