looking for a firm to trade futures in an ira. will trade gold and silver futures, maybe treasuries. would like to be able to see market depth on multiple markets. throw in the usual wishes of reliability and low commissions to complete my wish list. recommendations?

i was bounced from zn and had a bid in which turned out to be an expensive fill. can't figure out why i was bounced. c'est la vie.

i did it in a different era. started as a salesman at a government dealer. switched to become government portfolio manager at a new york bank. went back to a dealer to trade intermediates. back to original firm where i became head trader. harvard was a factor in initial hiring, but experience...

guess it depends on how many you trade slick.

i currently lease a cbot seat for cheaper rates. will clearing houses lower their fees next? competition is a good thing.

i don't imagine the sec will look into illegal manipulation on the long side.
