Why one can't exclude NASDAQOM from smart routing? If the order is routed to them you have to pay 0.70 + 0.45 per options contract!

On such a day you can see, how much better IB is than MB! The only reason I stayed with them: They have no cancellation fees.

I have problems with positions and they do not answer the phone! After this issue is resolved, I will close out my account with these clowns!

Tomorrow I'll cancel my account! These clowns were not able to send an email nor show an alert in the navigator software. In 7 years I never had a problem with IB!
