Regardless of the economics behind it, you shouldn't be paying more than .002, EVER, if you're doing your kind of volume and want 100% payout.

There isn't any more corruption in the Canadian markets than their counterparts in the States. Knowing his capital base would be nice, but 15k (although I would take it), isn't all that great in the big scheme of things either.

From what I was seeing, it was mainly Island (nasdaq) prints that were delayed by a few minutes and then showing as outside prints on the time & sales. This has happened every time the market volatility spikes over the past 3 days.
