    GMST has an offer on the table for $6.35, I have owned the stock for a while and had to decide if I wanted cash or stock in the takeover. Why is the stock trading at $4.95 with the upcoming cash takeover? Is it because of uncertainty that this payment will actually take place?

    WTI-Brent Spread

    WTI should be more valuable that Brent because it is easier to refine correct? What causes the WTI-Brent to trade negative then, meaning the Brent price being higher than the WTI? Right now the only WTI-Brent spread that actively trades negatively is the December, any explanations or ideas?
