    Best Broker/Platform for Mac User?

I have used macs for years. One pretty good and fast charting platform is the new TC2000 version 11. It runs on Macs and Windows machines through Microsoft Silverlight as a local application, not in your browser. You can define custom scans, have free (BATS only) intraday data and its is...

    Charting software for Apple iMac

I am using prorealtime.com on a MacBook Pro at this time and I must say I like it. It must be one of the better java-based charting packages, at least that I know of. Very good and fast data and global trendline alerts. EOD is free.

    do they make mini-futures?

In my experience futures charts are slightly smoother, less fake outs.

    do they make mini-futures?

You are absolutely right, for most small accounts even 1 future is too large and you can't scale in or out. Over here in Europe you can trade CFD's. These are not allowed for US-citizens I believe. Usually contracts are for 1 euro per 1 point. No commission, only 2 pt spread. You...

    Programmable real-time market scanner

There is ProRealtime: http://www.prorealtime.com/en/ Pretty good charting; amazing screening, US and international markets. The great thing about their screening is that its realtime, customizable in lots of ways. Cons: very limited result set, limitation in amount of 'back' data you...

    STOCK TRADING

My own experience with Toni's material, for what its worth: Toni is a great teacher and a very good trader (a rare combination) Her course is pretty much the best I have seen (and I have seen and bought a lot of crap  ) Her material is solid and logical (and in addition to screen time...

    Mac and MB Trading EFX

Hi, I use a 2 GB 17 inch MacBook Pro for trading. If you run bootcamp it is just like running a regular PC, it only looks better and there is hardly any fan noise :). It also has a great 1650 x 1050 screen and a built in connector for an external dvi screen. If you run Paralells or...

Boot Camp: Any PC user switched to Mac?

Macbook Pros are expensive, yet of great quality and faster because of better graphics cards and more and dedicated graphics memory. The main selling point imo is the gorgeous 17 inch screen with 1680 x 1050 resolution in a very compact light weight package. Also I like the aluminium...

Boot Camp: Any PC user switched to Mac?

Yes, I have not found anything that does not work in parallels or bootcamp when running XP. Using Tradestation and Qcharts myself. BTW I am trading on my Powerbook Pro with 17 inch display (and love it!) I switch back to OS X as soon as I am done with trading :)
