The swing was to the positive side due to the huge return on the CVNA trade. Wouldn't be possible to swing 100% in the other direction since the position sizes are never 100%(or even close to that) of the account.

If you have TOS, there is an indicator called APTR. Also, its not dependent on the DAY its dependant on the stock.

Typically, anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes. Sometimes trades stagnant, but don't touch my SL, so I will hold until near EOD(look at CODX today). But, the vast majority are only held for less than 90 minutes.
