Great post about ATR @eganon69!
The only thing I want to add is as an intraday equities trader, I use ATR(14) on 1 day time frame the day before to scan for potential stocks I want to trade. I divide ATR by price focus on stocks that have an average range of 3%-5% movement for the day. More...
Volume is my favorite indicator. I like OBV, which makes it easier to visualize volume action. I also like the ATR, which tells me which stocks are more likely to have worthwhile trades. A $60 stock with 0.1 ATR would be a waste of time to try to trade. A $10 with 2.5 ATR would be too volatile...

I need a good equities brokerage that uses FIX API and Initial funding requirement less than $1 million.
Currently using IB, but I get pacing violations when repeatedly requesting historical data for more than 20 stocks at a time within a 10-minute time frame.
I found tons of forex...
Robert, thanks for your response. I forgot to answer 1 of your questions in my response. It's equities, not future.
There are a lot of different fees listed in the non display use form. Which one would be applicable for the end user? Is that the $1000 per account?
