hi amt ...dont now if u can aswer this .!!..if i was to have a zero line cross as a long signal on the 5 min chart but the 15 min showed down trend u would not take this trade?....and do u always look at the 15 min in conjunction with 5 min for zero line crosses with he macd..as i thought u only...

hi bprop , have a look at conversation between eminitrader and amt pevious page (21,22), faliures of half macd entries are exactly what u said, great re-entry points just as zero line rejects are(same concept)..u would just reverse initial position if macd turns back to resume trend. nz

hi emini, i have been watching this thread for a while ...and im sure amt will let me know if i am wrong but i think the answer to your q's is that a long was taken as the half MACD line is broken to the upside , im not sure if this acts similar to a zero line reject(and therefore higher...

maybe true mr zen, but u seem to have slight inferiority complex about you general demenour..i have read over some of your posts and it seems u are quite negative as a whole. personlity seems to be a zero some game when it come to you pull your head out of your ass mate
