I've never heard of the "on demand" feed, maybe I'll check it out later. The fee waiver has definitely been great for me. The only contract that I'd watch that I can't get with it is the TF. I get all the interest rate and ag products with it as well, so it's not just minis.

Yup, pissing me off too as I also have it up next to eSignal. It's also really annoying that they won't just admit that their mandatory software upgrade is what is making these issues worse.

That's how I first noticed too. I had my DOM from the other broker on top of my OEC chart and they were way off.

Ditto. I went months and months without any issues and then as soon as I switched versions yesterday it was a total disaster. It's too bad because the charts on OEC is what I like best.

Yup, very annoying. Mine still says I'm connected but my data has been frozen for the past 15 minutes. It just annoyed me that the online rep I talked to was such a dick when I said that the software change was the issue.

This is crazy, my data and charts are still lagging way behind this morning, and that's when they're even working at all! I talked to a rep and asked him about going back to the old version of the software and he said the software is fine. Clearly he isn't in front of a computer trying to trade...
