For traders outside of USA (i live in asia) what are the option of brokers for low price commission for high volume OTC trades and preferably without PDT rule? I'm hoping to find something that has low commission like etrade in USA.

Is it possible to add news to it? Like filtering out stocks with HOD that are supported by news only.

Can any current subscriber share if Tradeideas can scan for stocks that are near HOD? I'm interested to subscribe if it can be done.

I have TDA account as well. They definitely lag. Try to observe the opening. If you don't read the level 2 and tape, you won't know the huge difference.
