I know that 60% of the gains are taxed at long term rate and 40% is taxed at short term rate....

if I start trading through an LLC, will I pay the long term/short term taxes AND pay on my personal...
yeah, i think it was buyers remorse mixed with seeing some reviews i didnt catch earlier about it.

Started my OTA FX trading class...and taking the stock course at the end of feb...lets hope this isnt a scam/rip off.
Today was my first day, and looking in hindsight, I could see a potential scam if there are hired actors (as students) and theyre pulling a few "paying students" into this...
yup they still have this deal. I can also possibly get a tax deduction through my LLC if i use the LLC for trading (since it could be considered business training.)
I also know I wanted to eventually get into forex, they would give me about 15% off if I signed up for both the protrader 7day...
