thanks so much...the broker i spoke to was Chu Galloway from Chgo. Great guy and helped a great deal..thx Kevin for the recommendation. I will surely deal with him and you were correct he was able to better rate without hassle or asking for minimums.

I was offered a rate of $3.40 all in on Indexes by a firm called Transcend Capital by a broker named Galloway. is anyone here familiar with that name?
