If you talk about a monthly target, 5% would be awesome. If you mean a target for each trade, I don't care. If the RR is 1:1 or 1:2 or higher... I have no requirements for that. The main goal is to earn 5 times my risk per month. If it's more even better, if it's a bit less, it is also ok.

Like I wrote, after a month of testing in real time I want to start with a 10k account which I will double after 3 months and double again after 6 months and probably double again after 9 months. But that's just an idea. If the mixture between performance, risk control and trading style is good...

With that I mean the 50% agreement can continue for years. 25k is just the minimum I am willing to pay if the coach doesn't want to continue the partnership.
