Has anyone else been having trouble downloading these files from the CME website during the last couple weeks? When I try to download one of the files, my browser just hangs for about 15 minutes before the download dialog finally pops up.

I just received this book in the mail, too. I'm pretty sure I've only made about 6 trades through IB this year, though, so I don't think you have to be a high volume trader to receive it.
