Yes, it is my personal experience. I started with a small amount just to test the broker. I traded some and did a withdrawal with whatever is left and it pushed through smoothly! However I'm still cautious but so far it's so good.

I'm very agree that a good emotional management will help traders become better. Sometimes we need to make decisions under pressure and although you're sure about what you are doing if you are not trained for this probably you will end up making the worse decision.

I guess that as important is knowing why you lose as why you win. If you don't track your trades, successful and non successful, then there is no room for improvement. Building the right strategy and adjusting it to your results is essential for making earnings.

There are many ways that could help us control the stress generated from trading, and I agree that meditation is a really good one. I think that every trader should pick their favorite and apply it, since they will notice the difference in their trading.

Emotions are one part of our minds, and therefore can be controlled following certain techniques. Thinking in positive is one of my favorites. Also good emotional skills are necessary for every trader, since the way a trader manages their emotions will interfere in their trading.

A trader should never start trading without a consistent strategy and without having researched the market to be aware of the tends. Also he/she should never over-trade and always keep emotions in check.

I don’t think so, actually in my opinion demo accounts are the best way for beginners to start trading with no risk and get confident before jumping to live environment, when they will be assuming a real risk.
