You could try clicking on the icon from Start>Programs>, or go into the Windows Explorer and try clicking on that icon...other than that I don't know

Are you logged into Windows as an Administrator? Or do you have Administrator privileges? Sometimes it won't let you install without Administrator rights/privileges
