What about IB? It would be a pretty bad thing if their clearing firm go out of business since lots of people here, including myself, have IB accounts. I take the profits out on a regular basis -anything above 30K- so I am not so worried.

Trading is making money. As easy as that.

They dont understand it. All they believe are fundamentals, ie: CEO's lies.

Get rid of the losers and keep the winners. Sometimes I still make money by having one winning trade and three losing ones by cutting the losses short.

You made your point. The market has been going up steadily over the past few weeks.

You can daytrade with eSignal as well but dont trust it for short selling.

I bet you'll come back. Heard lots of traders leaving and then eventually came back to trading. When you trade again, don't forget all the mistakes you made.

Little guys would kill anyway. Dont need the PDT for that.

Stocks looking good on one day can open with a big gap against you the next day.

If you have that much time left, why not. Buffett would tell you so.

It's pretty hard to use indicators for intraday. I look at price only when daytrading.

It depends on your broker. Beware of short squeeze though. It just needs one good news to make it fly, at least temporarily.
