It is an apartment building with penthouse suites at the top. I've been there. Looking for other people who have too.

Who's Chuck Cottle? (I know he's been recently added to the website - but beyond that - who is he?) And - no Market Guidance, Magus, etc did not invest any money for us. No sour grapes there. This is pretty pure and simple. The pending lawsuit is regarding Market Guidance.
