when I was at the testing center to take my s7, there were 3 guys taking the series 101 which they told me to be the renewal exam. But there you just have to go through it and answear the question .. right or wrong doesn't matter as you get no score ;)

ok thx... so I guess I'm on the right way .. I will go through the 13 practice exams then review the sections in the ring binder which I know from I'm weakt at ... and then take the exams a 2nd time as suggested from STC ;) but some of this stuff is really driving me nuts ... e.g. this...

bro59 you also purchased the STC stuff ... ? from all you guys scoring better than 80% I'm a bit scared now.. I'm now going through the test exams the first time ( currently number 8 ) and don't score any better than 72% .. three even below 65% ... is this the way you did or did you...

perhaps i should also mention that I ripped all this graphic style shit out and turned back to the look & feel of w2k ... a few tweaks also have to be performed..

@janko sorry for this late answear.. i'm quite busy currently ... I wouldn't upgrade your existing installation .. better you go for a completely new one .. then you can be sure that no old dll's or whatever disturb your system

oh sorry maybe I missed your point .. If you only purchase the cd and take these four exams you definetly have no chance at all to pass the exam!!

sorry but that's not correct. The STC stuff I purchased consists of 2 big ring binder's. The first one contains all the stuff which you gotta know for the exam ( 22 Chapters + review questions after each chapter). The 2nd one contains 14 test exams with explanations for every question...

I just joined the realtimefutures trial and I really gotta say, since I'm german it's pretty hard to understand what this guy is saying =) Anyway I really don't understand how anyone can speak that fast, every day with almost no break... it's really amazing ;)

I'm currently using Outpost firewall. You might check it out at http://www.agnitum.com In my opinion it's the firewall to go at the moment ( also running on XP) ... it got a couple of great features ... just give it a try =)

I also purchased the STC stuff and think them to be really efficient ... but we'll see when I take the exam ;)
