what i here is everyone gets paid one month after the trading period ends ..........so the firm can get its ecn rebates before it pays out to the traders...........seems reasonable .......if traders were not getting paid no one would trade their ...simple fact ...and they have i think 110 to 130...

yeah that was walter alright ....but i think the reason he would yell was because the comissions back then was 8 dollar tickets and 2 cents per share.....and he was doing almost 3 to 4 percent of the total nyse volume...............do the math........i would yell and scream too not to mention...
