Could someone recomend a good stock charting site. I have a Scott Trade account, I am looking for a second site where I can compare stock performance to the indexes. Thank you for the help.

I have set up a margin account with my broker Scott Trade. My intentions are to become a pattern trader. Should I be using a software trading platform to assist in my decision making? If this is recomended, what platforms have been the most successful? thank you for any comments
