This is a multi segmented story. Part of the trade is natural gas is ridiculously cheap, second part is, steel demand from china has weakened considerably. #2 outweighs #1 due to elasticity of demand. Can't magically replace coal power plants with natural gas power plants over night...

and why this firm? Junior miners that choose to not list their financial statements are shady imo.

while this isn't what you asked, you may want to consider selling a call spread against your position. Especially if you really like that stock and want to capitalize on both monthly premiums and unexpected positive events (mergers, buy-out offers, etc)

It wouldn't be trading if fundamentals and price are equal.

Some semi-harsh words for the man who called the commodities bull market in 2000. His long-term advice is outstanding. Not by no means perfect, but that's an impossible expectation

His entire thesis on the great depression was in fact there was not inflation, but deflation, persisting during the 1937-1938 "recession". he is confident the great depression would not have lasted nearly as long if the cb was aggressive, i tend to agree with him, just not on his timing.

Jim doesn't like India because of it's development ineffeciencies. Last book i read that he wrote about how India's infrastructure is in terrible need of updating and reworking. In terms of a trade, india should still do fine. He's not buying India because of it's fundamentals excellence...
