The iPad app is a TD Ameritrade mobile program._ After TOS was integrated into TDA, the TOS app for the iPad was cancelled._ I guess I'll just get a laptop and run TOS in it._

If I sold a put in 2009 that expired worthless in 2010, is this a short term capital gain in 2010? I'm going to my tax person soon, but just want to understand this.

TOS says DDE only works with Windows.

I can use DDE with Excel on XP with TOS and DDE on OOo Calc on XP with TOS. I can use TOS on Ubuntu 9.10, but I can't get DDE on OOo Calc spreadsheet to work on Ubuntu. Is it possible? =TOS|LAST!SPY =DDE("TOS";"LAST";"SPY")
