    VoIP solution for remote trading

skype is true peer to peer... no gateways. was designed by the people who were behind the P2P network for kazaa. sound quality has to be heard to be believed - you will be surprised I am sure, because I sure was that a call could be conducted from UK to west coast US with no discernible lag...

    VoIP solution for remote trading

it works like an internet phone... so you call in remotely and someone will need to click at the receiving end to pickup the call. you could then leave it running indefinately I guess. It may be possible to setup a macro to pick the call up when skype starts ringing but I have never had to do...

and theres the big SP to factor in too... if ES gets more than a tick or two out of line with the SP, all the arbitrage traders will be buying one market and selling the other because as long as there is a discrepancy of 1tick+ there exists a no risk guaranteed profit for arbing between the two...

no its not. wash trading is where you hit your own bids - ie: offer 100 to sell and then buy 100 from yourself at the market and stay flat. Sitting on both sides of the spread is just as permissible as sitting on one side alone, and you can only do that with real limit orders. If someone hits...

    EurexUS, will it work?

Agree with this point - 2 second tick netting is crap compared to e-cbot.

    EurexUS, will it work?

Think the fee's might be free for at least a year, tho if the CBOT can match them that would be great! Eurex US fees are only 20c per side anyway. Besides, Eurex "US" is a US company with US employee's and registered as a US exchange so whichever way you route your still "keeping it in the...
