Bust: Because OB is encouraging manufacturing in US and is not supporting anything foreign. Most of the solar companies are from China ( SOLF, TSL, YGE, CSIQ <Mfg in China>) and they are all down whereas look at First Solar which has mfg in US. Also they are on small scale so you never know...
