It is a little late, but I have same issue. IBK didnt fill limit at ASK I tried with MKT and get price cap on MKT order. And that is from their web explenation:

Hi guys, I just cant get any help/answer from IB. Does anybody know how to set up or activate third party algos? I just have ibalgo!

I know it is an old post and my first, but I can't find third part algos in order destination on my platform IBpro (just ibalgo). Do I have to activate them or am I doing something wrong? Still waiting for IB response.
