Yeah, that is probably true. If you're long, you only care about the reason it's going down. If you're short, you only care about the reason it's going up. I wish I had the gift some people have where you can just stick all of your money in an index fund and never look at it. Just can't help...

TSLA traded 155 million shares today. Is there any way to find out where those trades originated? For instance a breakdown showing: 20% retail traders, 15% hedge funds, 15% mutual funds, 20% pension funds, 5% insiders, 25% options-related, etc. No direct trading reason for this....just always...
