Sometimes you can find some real gems via the Breaking news. Lets say XYZ company, the news sounds bad. Perfect buying opportunity for the after a little research. Some breking news moves dont change the overall fundamentals of the company. But those ideas aren't out there everyday on CNBC...

I can only speak to the consultation and setup info. Well spoken, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. As far as the ongoing Tax reviews, Software, etc... I have no idea but they were good for what I needed them for, I more or less wanted a Pro's view on entity setup and had a few family...

I have used Green for the Consultation and Tax advice on setup... But nothing on an ongoing basis...

Yep a REIT MBS with good Dividends There's a huge MBS REIT market now. 41 registered REIT-Mortgage Trusts Industry (6-Buys, 23 Holds, 12 Sells) These guys have alittle more leverage I think (I'll research that to double check)
