Does anyone have experience with Refco Express or Lind Express which is the same platform.

I also heard that they charge a monthly fee for the quotes and that when you do need to call them up to execute your trade they charge the full service commission which is $35.00.

I heard that IB have no customer servic when you do need it. Is that the case??
