I've read the book "The Best Trendline Methods of Alan Andrews and Five New Techniques....... by Mikula..... interesting but I don't really use them myself. Perhaps you could post a couple of charts with notes on how you find them useful.

Waggie..... perhaps you can answer something for me.... The COT data is 10 days old by the time we get it ....... is it not ? It always seemed to me that it was too late to be of any major importance. However I always have this feeling that I'm really missing some important point here.

DTN does not have a continuous contract feature. RealTick does ( if I remember correctly ? ). eSignal does not seem to feel that it needs to provide anything other than the poorest historical data, and if they did it would be another $$$ as usual.
