Have this issue being reported for years :
Support suggestions don't help - different browsers, private mode, clearing cookies/cache, etc. Tried different machines, different internet connections.
What was root cause of this and how did anyone definitively resolve it?
I have the same question for a US trader trading stocks in Canada.
Also for someone in PR, under Act 22, which gets no capital gains tax.
Would foreign investments in ie Canada be taxed by Canadian government instead?
For trading OTC and foreign stocks, in larger volumes, does it make sense to use IB with their per share cost? Or would TD make more sense with low fixed flat fee, anyone know if there is a size limit on it?
The OTC are not marginable either so IB's margin rates don't help.

How can one get better support at IB? The ticket system is unusable on mobile for me, it literally doesn't work. Chat takes forever to reach anyone if ever. Even logging in is so difficult and buggy. Is there a way to simply email externally?
