But all of that stock is priced by the last print - how much pain can the big players, that aren't locked-up, take? If this thing hit's 25-27 I see it collapsing. It's one thing to take a 10-20% draw-down over a few months, but another to take a 50% clip in weeks.

comparing present-day to then is useless - back then ~5% of homes were purchased with a mortgage, now it's over 80%. IMO - mortgages devastated the housing market.

The problem is FB doesn't make that much money yet. Eyeballs are potential, but the difference between Google and FB is that Google always made insane amounts of money, FB already relies on Zynga for 15% of their gross.
