Can I get realtime quotes on a foreign stock exchange using IB data feed and Quotetracker for charts???

Anyone one Day Trading any foreign Stock markets??? I would like to discuss the various aspects of doing so ( ie specifically using IB as a data source and the reliablity and fesablilty of doing this)

What are some pitfalls in day trading stocks on a foreign exchange?? I currently have an IB account as a datafeed and use Medved quotetracker for my charts.. I spoke to rep at IB but he was not to informative. Also, are there different tax consequences for trading on Foreign Exchanges??

thanks for all of the replys, I think I will go with another Nvidia card. Should I pay the $30 for CompUSA to install it or should I do the install? I must admit that my computer skill are limited. I can install the card but should Windows XP recognize the card and everything work together?

I currently use Medved QuoteTracker using IB data feed but would like to know if there is a free service that offers Real Time "Top Dollars Gainers and Losers" list. IB does offer a " Top Percentage List" that is real time but that list usually just pulls up a list of penny stocks.

I did a few short sales last year but not sure of the entries on Schedule D. Does initial short sale of XYZ go under column (d) or (e) and depending on a gain or loss do you have to put any "( )" around the figure. Thanks for any help
