the phrase "current yield" is an industry standard term referring to the formula described in many places including e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Current_yield.
With latest TWS, you can specify/attach conditions to the SNAPMID order. The snapshot will be taken when the condition is satisfied and the order triggers. We'll add support for spreads/combos.
We have added a confirmation popup on in IB account management which appears before QuickTrade is launched, which should prevent accidental launching, and subsequent second factor prompt on the next TWS/IBGateway reconnect. A better solution for the issue is in works too.
According to our logs, you "logged off" your TWS session when you tried to use QuickTrade yesterday. When you use WebTrader or QuickTrade, TWS/IBGateway may stay connected, but upon reconnect you will have to go thru second factor authentication again.
We will see if we can improve this, but...

Our network load-balancer vendor has identified the problem as a bug in their network OS software; we will restart the two redundant load-balancer overnight tonight to clear out the bug (we expect this to not cause any disconnects as the balancers will be restarted one by one).
