I did tick all the boxes and answered all relevant questions. The problem seems to be that the signature on the bottom left corner is not recognized and accepted, regardless if I type the name or copy and paste it. Can anybody give me a tip, since the IBKR are impossible to contact.

I've been trying to get access to the IBKR client portal for days with no luck. The stupid substitute form W-8BEN is on the way and all attempts to sign it have been futile. All attempts to contact IBKR and get help have failed too. Anyone else experiencing the same s..t? Why can't we sign and...
