Go for qcharts, reliability can be spotty but you get years of intraday data. It does backtesting as well, alghough I prefer stock watch pro for backtesting ( www.crontech.com/swp ).

We are yet to see the benefits of outsourcing ...

If you are looking for a good charting software, check out Stock Watch Pro. Their charts are great and the feed they are using goes back farther than you'll ever need. The site is http://www.crontech.com/swp

stockwatchpro.com is your answer. they have tons of prebuilt strategies that you can backtest as far back as the data exists. been a happy user for a few years now, former metastock user.

It must be front-end issue. I use QCharts feed with Stock Watch Pro ( http://www.crontech.com/swp ) and didn't see any issues.

But then you gonna have to go through the pain of reinstalling OS and all of your applications ...

Make sure you get swp ( www.crontech.com/swp ), it complements QCharts very well.

QCharts is the way to go for overall value.

Not quite sure I can pass for an experienced trader, but I do get all of my backtesting needs from Stock Watch Pro ( www.crontech.com/swp ). The datafeed it's has the most extensive historical data I've seen so far...it goes way back when with no silly limitations.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for but Stock Watch Pro ( www.crontech.com/swp ) supplies all kinds of historical data through quote.com. Hope that helps.
