Have you gone to the websight and log in to your account. You might have some simple test to pass or market data to sign up for. that's what I had to do, then I got trading permission.

Profitseer, Once you enter a position, do you immediately enter an order at a .25 point gain, and what kind of size are you able to do this with? Do you use an indicator to give you a direction, or do you just use your gut feeling? Just curious... Thanks for any input. KB

You can use the hub, but you need to have 2 network cards in one of the pc's to act as a server. The ethernet cable from the modem to the first pc thats acting as the sever, and then to the hub. From there the other computers can be connected to the hub and configured using the networking...

Quotetracker doesn't support futures yet with IB, they told me they are working on it. I use sierracharts, its only $40 for 6 months and works well.

For a stop loss type order, you should use a stop market order. With a stop limit order the market could jump over you limit order and then it becomes a non marketable order and it will not get you out of the position. With a stop market order it will get you out of the position with a market...
