Thats seems like a lot , but i guess with bonus potential perhaps (even in this day and age) -- i was going to say $120k Base salary, with uncapped bonus. Do you think $120k Base is a bit low for a place like Optiver? Do Quants typically get a draw off the traders P/L at these types of shops?
