I think Warren Buffet is right about Bitcoin but it does have some intrinsic value. Bitcoin can be used for tax evasion and buying illegal drugs.

The losses will offset the gains and there is no taxes. The exception is if the losses are wash sales.

Increase the taxes more and in all states. Not only are smokers killing themselves but others with second hand smoke. I always see smokers throw out their cigarette butts out the window when driving.
