I have 6 - cannot imagine going back to 1, 2 or even 3. Just a FYI :D
It all depends on the setup you really want, ultimately. I actually have one of their 31 stations. 4 24" monitors in a 1 over 3 wide configuration. I got this because it is easy to move to a 6 if I ever wanted. Just 2 more monitors and a horizontal bar on top.

Very nice idea. Keep us informed about the progress and scheduled time of opening operations. I spend winters in that area - hopefully there will be room for transient traders also.
