Take a look at ARLP. The management recnetly upped the Dividend, but the Quarterly numbrs didn't look so hot. Managment talked about upping the dividend over the next few quarters "6% to 8%" I'm playing the industry based on the rising coal prices . . . which should stay strong at least...

I don't know about the bear market being over . . . just a day or two of up markest and everyone thinks the worst is behind us. This might be like the march lows where we bounced higher for a few weeks . . . and we all know what happend after that. We should probably touch the lows again...

We are only about half way through a 20 year bull market in commodities. China and India will keep pushing up oil and other commodity prices as they continue to build their countries into modern industrialized nations. Just one example - look at how many cars are sold in these countries...
