You should be aware that it is almost a certainty that GURE is yet another Chinese RTO fraud. Whoever 'made up' the financials forgot to make the inventory turnover number look plausible. Buy this stock at your own peril.

Yeah, I don't get that. How does an IPO become an ADR? I was under the impression that ADR's implied that a stocks primary listing was on a non US exchange. As far as I can tell, BIDU and YOKU only have US listings.

BTW I hope you understand the distinction between ADR's, IPO's, and RTO's Most of the IB list are RTO's. RINO, CAGC and CCME are RTO's DGW is an ADR BIDU and YUKU were IPO's
