Hello, the final trading day for MAR-18 options on the e-minis is tomorrow (thursday the 17) by 4:15 PM EST correct? Since the futures are all expiring the settlement will be at open on friday correct? Thank you!!

The ES futures are up 10 points at 1:17am EST, I haven't seen up 10 points when the market is closed in a very long time. Did some search and couldn't find any news that would justify.
