Hey Guys!!! 15\30min 1\3hours 1day; How do you think which chart is better for forex trading in a current of trading day???

Today I can't reach Oanda for five hours because the server did not work. Thanks God I didn't have open positions in this time, but what about people who had... and without S\L. How do you think maybe it's cheating. If you have open position without S\L (many people do it, especiaally scalpers)...
