yup... I saw data recently in the annual reports for the big banks,,, out of 252 trading days per year.. they all had less than 5 loosing days on their trading desks!! let that sink in..

UPDATE--- I hit my daily goal on Thurs and now again on Friday and STOPPED trading.. it feels very good. For me this is the right thing. I hate how I feel when I let a winning day turn to a loss day due to more trading. This FEELS so much better.

I do not understand how the SEC can hold Andrew accountable for anything... I believe he would be covered under free speech just like a journalist... He is not a licensed broker or money manager so he is not under the regulations of the SEC or FNRA...

yes my broker allows free ACH... and yes the dopamine hit is nice... it is about me FEELING good about my trading... I do not have to make $1MIllion to do that. this is similar to being up at the blackjack table and GETTING UP, and go cash out! very few people do that.

I feel your pain... this is a mental issue. We think the gain will increase. I really do not need to know why I do this... All I need to know is this is a BIG issue for me... now to find the solution.
