If you do not back test, then what is the purpose of posting your strategy performance results? What is the difference between the backtest and a performance report?

Thanks, I know how to change the time frame of each candle stick with my keyboard. can you use keyboard to switch between time periods for 2D, 5D, 1M,6M, etc...like you would on a yahoo finance chart for example. sierra is only letting me change the time period through the "days to load box"...

If I don't plan on trading with trade station, Wouldn't it make more sense to open an account with $500 and be inactive vs the subscription for trade station which is $100 a month? It looks like both options give access to tradestation unless I am missing something

Thanks, will look into tradestation. It looks like Account service fee if $150 a month before paying for market data with account minimum 2k. Sounds pricey If I only use them for charting and not as my broker.

Thanks, I have real time Data on Sierra for a fraction of cost...I don't like there candle stick charts...It can take a while to move between symbols and timeframes.
