I would check out CityTrader (http://www.optionscity.com/city-trader/) - for $100/mo it offers all the functionality of CME Direct and a much cleaner web-based UI.

I could be wrong, but I'm not sure Q-Trader offers options on futures trading, RFQs or spread-building. I believe to get this functionality, you would need CQG Integrated Client (at $595/month). Would love some feedback on this...

Yeah, CityTrader is a relaunch of the old OptionShop - they were acquired by OptionsCity and have now built a cloud-based version with the previous OptionShop API.

OptionsCity just launched their new futures and options on futures platform CityTrader (http://www.optionscity.com/city-trader/) and they have REST-based API called City API (http://www.optionscity.com/city-trader-api/) available as well. This is the same platform available at TradeStation.
